As the former Vise President of the corporation that developed the Lakeridge community, I only represent homes there. I have been here 47 years as of Feb 2020 and personally selected which units were built on each site. I have seen every home through its construction. My wife and I were also part of a team in charge of all marketing  and sales during the developing years of 1973 through 1981. My wife and I owned our own business for servicing the Lakeridge community from 1979 through 2014 when we were bought out by Prudential, now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
